All tumblers and custom items are handmade to order. Please allow 10–20 business days for your order to be completed before it ships.

Processing time begins after payment has been received and does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping carrier and your location.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items may require additional time depending on the design and order volume.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Twinkle Tumbler is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
