Custom Products

Many of our products are handmade and customized to your specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all customization details before submitting an order.

Twinkle Tumbler is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including misspellings, incorrect dates, or incorrect customization information.

Processing & Shipping

Custom orders typically require 10–20 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom-made items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Product Variations

Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, glitter placement, decals, and design details may occur. These variations are a normal part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
